USACalcAI.com respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

Calculator inputs: All inputs you enter into our calculators are processed in your browser. We do not store the actual values you type into the calculator (your salary, tax filing status, etc.) on our servers. AI summary requests send a hashed version of your inputs to our server for processing — we cache the resulting summary, but we do not retain your raw inputs in identifiable form.

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party advertising cookies) to understand which pages are popular, how long visitors spend on each page, and which calculators are most used. We do not track you across other websites.

Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard web request data — IP address, user agent, request URL, response time — for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not used for marketing.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We don't place third-party advertising trackers (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.) on the site.
• We don't require accounts. There's nothing to sign up for.
• We don't store your calculator inputs in identifiable form.

Cookies

We use a minimal number of first-party cookies for essential site functionality and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

Affiliate links

Outbound clicks to affiliate partners may be tracked by those partners using their own cookies and tracking technology (typically a click-tracking parameter). When you click an affiliate link, you become subject to that partner's privacy policy. Our affiliate disclosure is on our disclaimer page.

Your rights under CCPA (California residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect
• Request deletion of personal information we hold
• Opt out of any sale of personal information
• Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights

Your rights under GDPR (EU/UK residents)

Although USACalcAI.com is targeted at US users, EU/UK visitors retain their rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Email privacy@usacalcai.com to exercise any of these.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we'll delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
